The Fishermen’s Retreat
Available in Spring/Summer/Fall Only – Sleeps up to 2
Similar to the Queen Suite, the Fishermen’s Retreat offers a private bathroom, minifridge (*note no microwave), In-Room Coffee maker, Flat screen satellite TV and Queen bed. The Fishermen’s Retreat is a smaller room with all the perks but for less money. The Fishermen love it and ask for it by name. Check Availability

Terms and Conditions
You must be 18 years of age or older to check in. There will be a 1% State Lodging Tax and 6% City Lodging Tax (April through September) added to the posted room rate. Total amount will be available at time of booking. Deschutes Motel has a 48 cancellation policy. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled check in, you will not be charged. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, you will be charged up to the full rate depending on the period of time. No-Shows will be charged at least one full night and up to their entire reservation. Cancelled PayPal reservations will be subject to a 5% administrative fee and aquired unrecoverable merchant charges. Check out is 11am. Please leave the key in the room and lock the door. Lost key charge of $30. All rooms are non-smoking. There is a $100 fee for violators. Pets are welcomed, but must be claimed and registered upon reserving or at check in. Please observe our pet clean up policy. Guests will be responsible for actual cost of damage to rooms, its contents, or any extra cleaning fees if necessary. Please observe our quiet hours of 10pm to 6am. Personal information collected from you is used to fulfill your request for services or to send you confirmation details and if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your reservation. This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and we will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or personal property of any kind.
