Maupin is not only known for its rafting and fly-fishing, but many Maupin followers have come to learn about its beautiful backdrop for their outdoor adventures. Cycling and other sporting events, like the RIDE-ROW-RUN, Ring of Fire, and the Pine Hollow Triathlon are now very successful in our warm and sunny climate. These events continue to grow in our small town because enthusiasts realize the gems to be found in Maupin.

Riverfest – Memorial Day Weekend, May 24-25, 14

Maupin’s Riverfest on the Deschutes is our signature season-opener event, offering family-friendly attractions for all to enjoy, featuring 6 live bands, food, craft and art vendors, fishing demos, rafting, environmental organizations, and a walk/run/half-marathon on a weekend that would normally not be busy – Memorial Day Weekend, May 24-25, 2014
