All above rates are "rough estimates" and include all taxes.  When making reservations you will notice un-rounded figures, that were calculated to counteract the new 6% Transient Tax imposed by the city of Maupin.  We have tried to keep our base rates similar to those of last year to avoid unnecessary taxation.  Thank you for your understanding.

      

      A 2 night minimum (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) required on weekends June thru Oct. 1st.  Some exceptions apply and/or an additional $30 for only 1 night.  Pets are welcome with a $15 per pet/per night fee.  $5 per person/per night over double occupancy.  Prices are subject to change without notice.   

     Be sure to ask about group rates, extended stay discounts and "off season" rates (Nov-April.)
