All above rates are "rough estimates" and include all taxes.  When making reservations you will notice un-rounded figures, these were calculated to counter act the new 6% Transient Tax imposed by the City of Maupin.  We tried to keep our base rates similar to those of last year,  avoiding unnecessary taxation.  Thank you for understanding.

      A 2 night minimum (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) stay is required on weekends June thru Oct. 1st.  Some exceptions apply and/or an additional $30 for only 1 night.  Pets are welcome with a $15 per pet/per night fee.  $5 per person/per night over double occupancy.  Prices are subject to change without notice.   

     Be sure to ask about group rates, extended stay discounts and "off season" rates (Nov-April.)
